Fantasy Football is ruining the NFL for me

It is.
At times, I think fantasy football is the greatest concept next to duct tape and the beer bottle. I'm usually able to pick a solid team with a little research.
This year, I'm only in one league. Last year it was three, the year before it was three. I'm all about downsizing this year or something.
Anyways, now that I've only got one "team" to follow, it's killing me. I find myself rooting for players rather than teams, save for my Cowboys. It's almost enough for me to subscribe to the NFL network to catch as many stats as I can. I'm halfway tempted to spend the 10 dollars to buy the StatTracker that gives live updates on scoring. I find myself online, flipping between ESPN.com and yahoo.com, comparing stats to the players I'm playing or playing against like a rabid dog foaming at the mouth. I find myself rooting for teams playing each other.
Ugh.
At least I've stuck to my policy of not having any Redskins on my fantasy team. Being a Cowboys fan, I'm not allowed to ever root for the Redksins.
