Dumb coaches
I hate dumb coaches. I loathe dumb coaches.To me a dumb coach is someone who doesn't have a solid grip on the fundementals of coaching. The coach in question tonight, (we'll call him Gary) came to the particular school from out east, where he was the second leading scorer at the school where he attended. That being said, he has a chip on his shoulder.
I have never liked Gary and this eastcoast holier than thou attitude he possesed. It's almost like his success on the court went right to the area between his ears. In the past two years, I've really been watching him coach, I don't think he has ever said one positive thing to his players as they come off of the floor. He berates the little mistakes almost to the point where the players are afraid to make any sort of mistake and they play timidly. Throw in the fact that he doens't play players long enough to get them in any sort of rythym or flow and there's a reason why he doesn't have anyone averaging ABOVE double figures for the season.
I don't like Gary.
